At Tcules I run design as both a practice and a delivery function: pairing with founders, scoping ambiguous briefs, and staying on the file through handoff. Some weeks that means an agent workflow or a hiring screener trained on past recruitment cycles. Some weeks it means raising the floor for a team.
The through-line is the same: turn messy operational reality into an interface people can trust. I care about systems that survive the second product, not just the first mock.
